As the name implies, trauma holders hold trauma. They can range from holding significant trauma to minor trauma. Some systems have very few while some have very many. Some systems may only have one while others might have most members as trauma holders. It, once more, entirely depends on the system itself. Systems can have multiple trauma holders, and trauma holders can have more forward roles.
